This website
This website uses no tracking or advertising cookies. We only store your light/dark mode choice in your browser. Fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives your device’s IP address when they load.
When you send a subscription request, your mail app opens a message containing what you entered (name, organisation, mobile, email, size, notes); nothing reaches us until you send it. We use this data only to answer your request.
Platform data
The subscribing organisation enters its employees’, vehicles’ and drivers’ data into the platform. The organisation owns and is responsible for that data; we process it on its behalf only to provide the service: attendance, leave and documents in Cadence HR; locations, trips and proof of delivery in Cadence Track.
Each organisation’s data is isolated from every other at the database level. We never sell data or share it for advertising.
Where data is hosted
We host both platforms with reputable cloud providers: databases with Supabase (Cadence HR in the Sydney, Australia region; Cadence Track in the Mumbai, India region) and the web interfaces with Vercel. This means data is transferred and processed outside the Kingdom, under appropriate safeguards: encrypted connections, fine-grained access control and isolation between organisations.
Retention
We keep platform data for as long as the organisation subscribes, then delete it or hand it over on request, except what the law requires us to keep (such as invoices). Subscription-request emails are kept only as long as needed to answer and follow them up.
Your rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw your consent to be contacted. If you are an employee or driver of a subscribing organisation, send your request to that organisation first; we help it carry it out. Write to info@mabt.sa.
Updates
We may update this policy and will show the new date at the top of this page.
